You must be at least 16 years old to use Tonero. By accessing the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
To access certain features you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You retain ownership of the original text you submit. The AI-generated rewrites produced by Tonero are provided for your personal and professional use. You may use, copy, and modify them freely under the terms of your plan.
All rights in the Tonero name, logo, software, and website content belong to Tonero. Nothing in these Terms grants you a licence to use our trademarks or branding.
Free-tier usage is provided at no charge subject to usage limits described on our Pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as described in our refund policy.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of a paid plan after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice, and we will not be liable to you for any such action.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that AI-generated suggestions are accurate, appropriate, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tonero and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tonero and its affiliates from any claim, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time via your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tonero is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
